This is for one of our lovely ladies who enjoyed some of the music going on in the background. I just wanted to share a few of my favorite artists that Gloria asked about. When you think about it, isn't the soundtrack to our lives just as important as the scenery?
These are The Greencards, an amazing group I've had the chance to see live in a few different states :)
Say hello to Joy Kills Sorrow-I'm completely in love with the lead singer's hair!
Dave Alvin--seriously one of the best voices ever to touch a stage.
Finally, Emmylou Harris singing a Merle Haggard song.
I've seen all of these artist's at The Palms Playhouse in Winters, CA and would love to head out there with ya'll anytime you're interested-it's a great little space for good music.
Looking forward to new tracks in my ears, flowing wine and great books with you all very soon!
